Stargazer's Epic

Epic is one of our first, 5th Generation Stargazer Bred and Owned cria crop. This generation are among the best we've produced. As you can see with his COI he would have much use in breeding to his close relatives in our herd. But that COI also indicates prepotency. He will be able to pass on his genetics at a higher heritability rate and a great advantage when outcrossed.

Epic has an top quality and balanced EPD profile of any male at that level of quality. The strengths he'll bring to your breeding program are persistent fineness, Increased staple length, along with advanced follicular bundling and density.

His pedigree shows generation after generation moving toward the goal of persistent fineness, density and staple length. At this level of homozygosity his heritability rate to pass on these qualities increases and likely to be dominant when outcrossed to unrelated females.
