Centaur had been destined to be a herdsire. He is out of one of our best dams and full brother to a top herdsire in our breeding program. However his bite just did not line up well enough for him to be promoted as top herdsire quality. Unfortunate as he is in the top 5% of all male alpacas for AFD and increased fleece weight. We have plenty enough high quality fleece to process and could use the room in our male pen.
Centaur is being priced to sell now as a high quality fiber producer .
